- 2You get your quote and contract. Once everything fits, your event contract arrives by email. Sign it on your phone.

How does pricing work?+
Pay as you go is free for you: guests pay per use and you pay nothing. Sponsored is a flat €35 per station per day and every guest rents for free.
How many stations do I need?+
Roughly one station every 1,000 to 1,500 guests for a one-day event. We size it together.
How early do you arrive?+
Two hours before doors open. Setup takes around 30 minutes per station.
What if a station goes down?+
Live monitoring catches it immediately. Our local team is on standby for swaps.
Which events have you powered?+
AI Summit Barcelona at the WTC (9 stations, 374 free rentals in two days), and Port Flea and Gran Flea, recurring Barcelona markets with around 8,000 daily visitors.
Can guests pay instead of us?+
Yes. With pay as you go, guests rent at the normal price and the organiser pays nothing. We deliver, run and collect the stations.
